Accidents happen—but that shouldn’t stop your ride. At Raceone Carbon Wheels, we’ve created a Crash Replacement Program to help riders return to the road quickly and affordably.

What’s Covered

• Structural damage to rims, wheels, or wheelsets that affects safety and function.

• Service and replacement available through our authorized service centers.

Not covered:

• Bearings, valves, quick releases, freehub bodies, ratchet system parts, and brake pads.

• Cosmetic scratches, decals, or paint damage.

Who Can Apply

• All Raceone Carbon Wheels purchased through our official website or authorized retailers.

• Wheels modified with incompatible parts or used outside their intended purpose are not eligible.

Replacement Discounts

• ASSORTED Series: up to 40% off 

• LUMINA Series: up to 40% off 

• Accessories: Not covered under this policy.

Validity Period

• Coverage is valid for 3 years from the original purchase date.

• Multiple replacements are allowed within the 3-year period.

• The period does not reset when a replacement is made.

How to Request a Replacement

1. Complete the After-Sales Service Request Form.

2. Provide:

   • Proof of purchase

   • Photos of the damaged wheel(s)

   • Serial number(s) (located under rim tape)

3. Our team will review your request and provide a quote with next steps.

Shipping and Customs

• Shipping costs under this program are the responsibility of the customer.

• Additional customs duties may apply depending on the destination country.

Replacement Models

• Replacements will be the same as the damaged model.

• If your model is no longer available, you will be upgraded to the latest equivalent version at no extra cost.

Preventing Misuse

The Crash Replacement Program is designed to support genuine riders. Raceone Carbon Wheels reserves the right to deny coverage if misuse or abuse is detected.
